Workflow

Create an account.
Purchase the required capacity.
Use the web panel to select the directories to back up or enter the MSSQL backup information.
Install and license the client.

After this step, the user does not need to take any further action. Based on the configured settings, backups are taken from the computer, sent to a secure environment, and the result is reported by e-mail.

In addition to e-mail notifications, the system is continuously monitored autonomously. If an error occurs, the technical team is informed so it can be corrected, and the necessary parties are notified.
